TELEPHONE OPERATORS WITH A HIGH LEVEL OF GERMAN, DUTCH OR FLEMISH + ENGLISH (Madrid)

Grupo Crit is looking for several telephone operators to work in customer service with a very high level of German, Dutch or Flemish + English to work in an important Automotive company located in Mendez Alvaro.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:


High level of English (B2 certificate is required) and German, Dutch or Flemish (C1 certificate is required)
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (customer service)
Immediate incorporation
Someone with a positive attitude and great client orientation


JOB DUTIES:


Answers calls from different clients who request information or have any incidence.


WORKING CONDITIONS:


Recruitment of stable position
Full-time job: 39 hours/week
A rotation work schedule with availability from 08:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Saturday (2 days a week for rest)
Paid training of 4 weeks
Salary: 20 000 € gross/year
